A sacred 1:1 session designed to help you move from inner heaviness to clarity — through conversation, sound, and focused intention.
We’ll talk, reflect, and then move into gentle sound and breath to integrate your next step forward.

Includes:

• Emotional space holding

• Guided verbal processing

• Aromatherapy + sound healing

• Insight/reflection based on your unique truth

• Optional light physical grounding (only with consent)

The Manifestation Circle

A guided group experience to release, reset, and speak life back into yourself.
You’ll be held in a sacred circle of non-judgment, reflection, sound, and presence.
